Dynamik Interiors provides creative and seamless design experiences from initial concept through 3D modeling and coordinated documents, to procurement and final installation. Our team specializes in multifamily, work place, student housing, senior living and hospitality.

Dynamik Interiors is a dynamic component of the development team – bringing the flexibility, tenacity, energy, innovation and enthusiasm to get the job done on time and on budget, creating places that are functional, meaningful and well designed. Dynamik Interiors was founded in March 2021 as an extension of Dynamik Design, a full service architectural design firm. Inspired by the design approach and exceptional level of service, our clients wanted an interior design firm that could match the talent and tenacity of our architectural team.

Director of Interior Design

Lindsay Shockey is an award winning Interior Designer with over 13 years of experience in multifamily, student housing, corporate environments and commercial projects. As a professional who strives to understand projects from a holistic perspective design, Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and a Masters Degree in Architecture. She balances her creative design talent with technical understanding to be able to produce fresh interior design ideas that are functional, aesthetically beautiful, and well coordinated. Lindsay is an active member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).

Director of Operations

Kristen Holloway joined the Dynamik Interiors team with nearly 30 years of experience specializing in the Multi-Family, Student Housing, Single Family and Active Adult market segments. Kristen has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Miami University in Oxford, OH. Her skill set includes the ability to holistically look at a design while understanding the importance of each detail necessary to implement the final product. She is intricately involved in the process including initial consultation, vision casting, presentation, construction document reviews, site walks/evaluations and installation analysis. She works diligently to ensure our culture includes creative problem solvers who support each other, are focused on continued learning, servicing, accountability and true teamwork.

Kyle Moore joins Dynamik Interiors with over 12 years of experience, bringing an abundance of knowledge and creative perspective to the team. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Throughout her career, she has primarily focused on Hospitality and Multi-Family design with additional expertise in residential, commercial workplace, retail, and educational design. Kyle’s specialty is to create a unique story and design for each property tailoring to her clients’ individual needs.

Jordan Duke is a well-rounded design professional with experience in various aspects of the field, including space planning, design development, construction documentation, finish procurement, and project management. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interior Design from Auburn University in 2019, with minors in both business and sustainability studies. Her portfolio consists of a wide range of abilities and project types as well as innovative solutions to better suit a client’s objective. Jordan enjoys bringing her client’s vision to life and finds new ways to push her creative boundaries while delivering a functional, attainable, and timeless outcome.

Natalia Jara is a detail oriented designer with 6+ years as a primary interior designer for multi-industry construction and renovation projects. She has designed for several healthcare and assisted living facilities in Georgia. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and Fine Arts from Georgia State University in 2013. Her unique foundation as a healthcare designer helps bring a fresh perspective. She considers how spaces affect overall health, so her clients ultimately feel comfortable, whole and nourished in their new space. Her portfolio consists of creative and practical solutions that meet the client’s vision.

Lindsei Cornwall is a detail- oriented designer with 12+ years of experience in Residential Interior Design and Commercial Interior Design. Her specialties are Multi-family, Mixed Use, Workplace, Student Housing, Hospitality and Restaurants. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2011. Designer I

Helen Mills is a hard, efficient designer who is eager to continue her depth of knowledge through new professional mentors and experiences. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design at SUNY Buffalo State in 2019. She has worked on a wide range of projects at varying stages. Her experience includes field surveying, space planning, design development, and construction documentation. Helen received her WELL certification in February 2023. Her goal is to bring innovative design ideas that are healthy for the client as well as the Earth. She is looking forward to developing creative and innovative ways to unify the built and natural environment. She is excited to see the initial concepts of a design lead into the construction phase.

Stefanie Broxton

Procurement Manager

Stefanie has been working in FF&E procurement for over 22 years. Well versed in multifamily, student housing and commercial projects, the bulk of her experience includes over 20 years in hospitality procurement. She has purchased and managed the installation of furniture for over 50 hotels and resorts. She joined Dynamik Interiors in 2021 to create a streamlined and transparent procurement process for the Interiors team. Stefanie’s diligence, attention to detail and service-oriented attitude brings a sense of ease and confidence to our clients, providing seamless service that exceeds their expectations and a final installation that meets the vision for the project as well as the target budget.

The Grove

Location: Richmond, Virginia

The Grove is an urban fill apartment project located in Richmond, Virginia. The Grove community is in the heart of the museum district in Richmond, Virginia. The interior plays tribute to the classical aesthetics of the surrounding historic areas. Approximately 6,947 SF of amenity space includes an engaging co-working/residential lounge area, a grand bar/TV viewing area, fitness and wellness and a roof top terrace.

Theory at Interlock

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

The Theory at Interlock is the ideal student housing for the modern era at the western edge of the Georgia Tech campus along Northside Drive in West Midtown Atlanta. Energetic amenities incorporate adequate space for gaming and socializing, while also allowing for the privacy needed for work and study. The Upton

The Upton is a 5-story multifamily development located in Atlanta, GA. The interior boasts high ceilings and multi-level amenities. The modern design elements and functional spaces appeal to a variety of demographics. This 396 unit project is composed of five story residential buildings and six and a half story wrap parking deck along Edgewood Avenue. The ground level consists of the leasing office, fitness center , yoga room, clubroom and squash court. The clubroom provides multiple options for work, play and socializing. The co-working spaces offer residents ample remote work options, while the hobby rooms contain seating groups for privacy or interaction. Aspire at Silverleaf

Location: St. Johns County, Florida

Aspire at Silverleaf is a residential apartment project located in St. Johns County, Florida. The project consists of 3-four story buildings of wood-framed construction. There is also a 7,000 S.F. amenity clubhouse which contains the fitness suite, clubroom, game room and various co-working spaces. Residents can also enjoy the large outdoor area where the pool and pool pavilion can be found. In addition to the 855 surface parking spaces, there are also nine 6-bay garage buildings.

Gainesville Midland

Solis Gainesville Phase II

Solis Gainesville is a mixed use project created to extend the public realm of downtown Gainesville across Jesse Jewel Parkway via an existing sculptural pedestrian bridge. The project welcomes residents with the embrace of a contemporary architectural trellis that wraps a public plaza with outdoor gatherings spaces and an amphitheater. The plaza is anchored by two 2-story retail buildings, providing 10,000 SF of vibrant restaurant space, creating an active destination along the existing “Highlands to Islands” pedestrian and bike trail that runs through the site.
