Kristen Holloway joined the Dynamik Interiors team with nearly 30 years of experience specializing in the Multi-Family, Student Housing, Single Family and Active Adult market segments. Kristen has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Miami University in Oxford, OH. Her skill set includes the ability to holistically look at a design while understanding the importance of each detail necessary to implement the final product. She is intricately involved in the process including initial consultation, vision casting, presentation, construction document reviews, site walks/evaluations and installation analysis. She works diligently to ensure our culture includes creative problem solvers who support each other, are focused on continued learning, servicing, accountability and true teamwork.

Jordan Duke is a well-rounded design professional with experience in various aspects of the field, including space planning, design development, construction documentation, finish procurement, and project management. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interior Design from Auburn University in 2019, with minors in both business and sustainability studies. Her portfolio consists of a wide range of abilities and project types as well as innovative solutions to better suit a client’s objective. Jordan enjoys bringing her client’s vision to life and finds new ways to push her creative boundaries while delivering a functional, attainable, and timeless outcome.

Lindsei Cornwall is a detail- oriented designer with 12+ years of experience in Residential Interior Design and Commercial Interior Design. Her specialties are Multi-family, Mixed Use, Workplace, Student Housing, Hospitality and Restaurants. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2011. She is involved in all aspects of project management, design development, construction administration, FF&E procurement and installation. Lindsei is very passionate about the design process especially the final moment of watching the artistry of Interior Design come together into a beautiful Architecturally Artistic Space.

Helen Mills is a hard, efficient designer who is eager to continue her depth of knowledge through new professional mentors and experiences. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design at SUNY Buffalo State in 2019. She has worked on a wide range of projects at varying stages. Her experience includes field surveying, space planning, design development, and construction documentation. Helen received her WELL certification in February 2023. Her goal is to bring innovative design ideas that are healthy for the client as well as the Earth. She is looking forward to developing creative and innovative ways to unify the built and natural environment. She is excited to see the initial concepts of a design lead into the construction phase.

Stefanie has been working in FF&E procurement for over 22 years. Well versed in multifamily, student housing and commercial projects, the bulk of her experience includes over 20 years in hospitality procurement. She has purchased and managed the installation of furniture for over 50 hotels and resorts. She joined Dynamik Interiors in 2021 to create a streamlined and transparent procurement process for the Interiors team. Stefanie’s diligence, attention to detail and service-oriented attitude brings a sense of ease and confidence to our clients, providing seamless service that exceeds their expectations and a final installation that meets the vision for the project as well as the target budget.

Hannah Hornsby is an experienced Project Coordinator with over four years of expertise in the design and art consulting industry, specializing in both commercial and residential spaces. A proud alumna of Georgia Southern University, known for her attention to detail and seamless project execution, Hannah brings a collaborative approach to managing timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships. Her career has spanned a diverse range of projects,
from residential interiors to large-scale commercial developments. Hannah’s background in art consulting adds a unique dimension to her work, allowing her to integrate impactful artwork into design strategies with purpose.

Haleigh Milligan is an eager designer who is passionate about creating thoughtful and functional spaces. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design from Georgia Southern University. With a strong foundation in residential design, Haleigh has developed space planning as a particular strength, allowing her to design environments that are both efficient and comfortable. As a new designer, she is excited to continue learning from team members while expanding her knowledge across diverse projects.
